Amazon Go Is Now Open In Chicago

Amazon Go Chicago Store Located At 113 S. Franklin Street, Chicago IL 60606

There are currently only 2 Amazon Go stores in the entire country, one in Chicago on 113 S. Franklin Street and the other located on Amazon’s Seattle Campus. The Amazon Go store is the future of retail and really a mind blowing experience when you walk in and out of the store without ever talking to a cashier or touching a register.

The new Amazon Go store opened September 17th, and currently is open Monday though Friday 7AM to 8PM.

The Amazon Go store in Chicago is located on a ground floor store front in an existing skyscraper in Chicago’s Loop.

There are no huge signs that call out your attention from down the street, there are just a few window signs ushering you into the future of retail and shopping.

What you need to know before you go to the Amazon Go Store?

There are no cashiers, there are no registers at the Chicago Amazon Go store, just technology that allows you to walk in and out of the store and automatically charges you for whatever you take without ever checking in or out. To do this you will need to have an existing Amazon Account & The Amazon Go App:
